Source Finding Application (SoFiA)

SoFiA (from Greek σοφία = wisdom), the Source Finding Application, is an H Ⅰ source finding pipeline for detecting and characterising galaxies in three-dimensional H Ⅰ data cubes. SoFiA is the source finding pipeline of choice for several extragalactic H Ⅰ surveys, including WALLABY, the ASKAP all-sky H Ⅰ survey. The source code of SoFiA is freely available on GitLab.
